A leading energy efficiency firm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee LED lighting and HVAC retrofit projects across multiple job sites nationwide. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating teams, ensuring quality and safety, and maintaining strong client relationships. Candidates should have at least 5 years' experience in electrical or HVAC services, alongside strong project management and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is essential, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical or HVAC service experience.
• 2+ years of crew leadership or project leadership experience.
• Experience managing installation or retrofit projects in construction, energy efficiency, electrical, or HVAC environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of installation and retrofitting of LED light and HVAC equipment.
• Supervise material handling and jobsite housekeeping.
• Communicate with clients daily about work compilation and upcoming work schedules.
