Job summary

Energy Management Collaborative in Minnesota is seeking a Project Manager to lead turnkey lighting retrofit projects for national retail and commercial clients. You will oversee planning, execution, and closure, coordinating with property managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to realize energy reductions and improve occupant comfort and aesthetics.

The role requires strong writing and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience managing multi-unit projects with vendors and onsite contractors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagement, budgeting, installation, logistics, and rebates.
• Oversee retrofit projects from planning through close.
• Coordinate with property managers, building owners, staff, subcontractors and vendors.
• Track project go-backs and ensure on-time completion and GM maintenance.
• Maintain and report on project financials and profitability.
