Job summary

Kelso Building Services is looking for an HVAC Project Sales professional in Salt Lake City, Utah. This field-based position focuses on driving revenue through commercial HVAC solutions across the Wasatch Front and beyond. The successful candidate will build relationships with clients, conduct site assessments, and manage project proposals.

To excel, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and strong relationship-building skills. Compensation includes base salary and commissions, along with benefits like medical coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC project sales or mechanical sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and retrofit/replacement strategies.
• Proven ability to develop and close project-based opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close commercial HVAC opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients and contractors across Utah.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals outlining scope, pricing, timelines.
