Job summary

Texas AirSystems seeks an experienced Field Project Superintendent to lead on-site execution of turnkey HVAC projects. You will direct subcontractors, coordinate design and installation efforts, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HVAC construction, strong communication skills, and OSHA/CPR certifications. The role requires collaboration with sales teams, customers, and manufacturers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Commercial/Industrial HVAC, controls installation, construction environment.
• Experience with large mechanical projects and central plants (chillers, boilers).
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced field environment and coordinate multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site direction to subcontractors, technicians, and admin staff.
• Manage turnkey projects: schedules, procurement, budgeting, and commissioning.
• Coordinate resources, communicate risks, and resolve issues with the Project Manager and customers.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with plans, specs, and contract requirements.
