Job summary

HVAC RNTL is seeking a Turnkey Supervisor to lead the installation and completion of temporary HVAC projects across customer sites. You will coordinate from initial job walk with sales through installation, directing field crews and subcontractors in high-pressure environments.

The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and the ability to train junior technicians while adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position in Houston.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• HVAC certification and OSHA 10 Training.
• 7–10 years in chiller/HVAC maintenance or related fields.
• EPA Certification preferred (e.g. HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer).
• Strong problem solving, multitasking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of temporary HVAC projects.
• Manage field crews and subcontractors, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure seamless turnover of the system to the customer.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and conduct daily safety briefings.
