Job summary

Interface is a global flooring and sustainability leader driving design, performance, and environmental impact across brands like Interface, nora, and FLOR.

The Labor Installation and Field Services Manager will oversee the Turnkey installation program, including internal field operations staff, subcontractors, and required documentation and certifications to ensure safe, compliant, and high‑quality installations.

Qualifications

• PM experience required with leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Turnkey installation program and 25+ installation companies.
• Maintain proficiency and compliance of core travel crews (subcontractors).
• Manage subcontractor contracts and ensure partner compliance.
• Track installation-related claims and manage resolution budget.
• Record field data in Salesforce and respond to site requests from project managers.
• Keep technical installation documentation up to date with new products and technologies.
• Coordinate with Interface and nora field services teams.
