Interface, Inc. is seeking a Labor Installation and Field Services Manager to oversee the Turnkey installation program, lead internal field operations staff, external subcontractors, and ensure documentation and certifications are in order.

The role emphasizes coordination with Turnkey Program Coordinators, maintaining contractor licenses, and staying current on installation products and technologies, with heavy travel and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or leadership experience.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Military experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiar with documentation and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and certify 25+ installation companies, manage weekly schedules, resolve installation issues.
• Maintain proficiency of key travel crews (subcontractors).
• Manage subcontractor contract agreements and ensure compliance.
• Handle installation-related claims and manage the claims budget.
• Manage Field Services Case demand in Salesforce and report site details.
• Support site supervision requests from Services Project Managers.
• Maintain technical documentation and stay updated on installation products and technologies.
• Coordinate with Interface and nora field services teams.
• Maintain state contractor licenses for Interface Americas.
• Collaborate with AEs, Project Coordinators, Estimating and End Use Customers.
