Job summary
Lightpath seeks an experienced OSP Program Manager to lead large fiber-optic infrastructure programs, spanning planning, execution, and delivery. You will oversee multi-market deployments, coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
The role requires strong project leadership, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement to advance network expansion and capacity for mission-critical
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with strong telecom background.
- 7+ years in telecommunications, OSP engineering, fiber deployment, or infrastructure PM.
- 3+ years leading multi-project programs with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage large capital budgets and financials.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of OSP fiber projects across multiple markets.
- Develop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation.
- Drive fiber deployment initiatives aligned with growth and operations.
- Set governance, metrics, and reporting for programs.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, planning, and vendor teams.
