Job summary

Gosiger Holdings Inc. seeks a Turnkey CNC Engineer to provide technical expertise in parts processing for turnkey projects. You will perform pre- and post-sales support, interpret prints, and design machine programming processes for part creation, from kickoff to acceptance.

Qualifications

• CNC programming with variable & macro programming experience.
• Experience setting up CNC lathes/mills in a job shop.
• Ability to interpret part tolerances and prints.
• AutoCAD/SolidWorks experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project kickoff meetings.
• Define technical aspects of cutting process, tooling and work holding.
• Order tooling and work holding in a timely manner.
• Ensure approval prints are accurate and complete.
• Ensure tooling and work holding procurement is on time.
• Assist Process Engineers with debug and CNC programming.
• Support runoff and turnout activities in Dayton as needed.
• Support Turnkey Sales as needed.
• Turnkeys are primarily performed on Okuma CNC lathes and machining centers.
