Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Turnkey / Comprehensive Solutions Project Manager for a multi-million-dollar construction portfolio based out of Albany or Syracuse, NY. You will lead cross-functional teams to execute projects from start to finish, emphasize energy savings, safety, and client satisfaction, and coordinate with owners, subcontractors and internal teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or construction management, 10+ years in construction,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or construction management with 10+ years in construction or related field.
• OSHA 10 (required) and OSHA 30 (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with clean record.
• Willingness to travel 2–5 hours radius with possible overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, permits, safety and quality plans, and progress reports.
• Lead owner and subcontractor meetings; coordinate with operations, sales and service.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, change orders and cash flow to protect financial performance.
• Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction across multiple projects.
