Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction and provide timely project updates.
• Lead project administration, including contract clauses, cost tracking, compliance, and documentation.
• Manage cash flow, monthly forecast, forecast at completion, expenses, and backlog reviews.
• Validate scope, cost, and schedule; identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, RFQ process, subcontracts, and establish communication guidelines for progress and safety.
• Create and maintain project schedules with tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
