Greystar seeks a Property Maintenance Technician in Oklahoma City to ensure vacant units are ready for leasing by performing repairs, caulking, painting, and general maintenance. You will follow make-ready checklists, inspect for damage, and assist with grounds keeping while delivering responsive service to residents.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform repairs and upgrades to apartment homes.
• Follows make-ready checklists and safety protocols.
• Good customer service and ability to respond to resident requests.

Responsibilities

• Completes repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to move-in.
• Caulks and seals around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers.
• Inspects sheetrock for damage and repairs/replaces as needed.
• Performs touch-up paints for vacant and occupied units.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleans and paints curbs and signage as needed.
• Fixes parts when possible to support cost control and reduce waste.
• Completes make-ready checklist and required maintenance docs on time.
• Participates in safety meetings and trainings; reports accidents promptly.
• Provides courteous, responsive service to residents and addresses complaints with urgency.
