The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is seeking an Evening Housekeeping Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team in Whitefish, Montana. The role focuses on evening turndown service, refreshing guest rooms, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Hours are evenings with the potential for additional shifts based on occupancy. The position includes a competitive hourly wage of $21 and access to Averill Hospitality benefits and employee discounts across properties.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform evening turn-down service in assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Refresh guest rooms by making bed, refreshing towels and amenities, and emptying trash.
• Maintain guest privacy and security while in occupied rooms.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by responding politely and professionally to guest requests.
• When turndown volume is low, assist with other housekeeping duties as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns promptly.

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, one of Montana's AAA Four Diamond resorts, is seeking a Evening Housekeeping Attendant to work with our Housekeeping Team $21 hourly. You'll assist in our evening turndown service ready and refresh the quarters for guest to retire.All employees receive perksof $50 rooms at any of our properties, and discount rates at our spa,restaurant, and retail.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE:

The Turn down Service Attendant is responsible for preparingguest rooms for the evening by providing a clean, comfortable, and welcomingenvironment. This position plays an important role in delivering exceptionalguest service and ensuring each guest enjoys a relaxing stay. During periods oflower occupancy, the Turn down Service Attendant will assist other areas of theHousekeeping Department as needed.

Schedule

• PeakSeason: Regular shift is 5:45 PM to 9:00 PM.
• SlowSeason: Scheduled hours may vary based on hotel occupancy andbusiness needs.
• Additionalhours may be offered when operational needs require extra support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Turn down Service

• Performevening turn-down service in assigned guest rooms according to hotelstandards.
• Refreshguest rooms by:
• Makingbed for the evening.
• Refreshingtowels and amenities as needed.
• Emptyingtrash if necessary.
• Straighteningthe room and ensuring a clean, welcoming appearance.
• Turningon appropriate lighting and creating a comfortable atmosphere.
• Reportingmaintenance issues or room concerns promptly.
• Maintainguest privacy and security while working in occupied rooms.
• Deliverexceptional guest service by responding politely and professionally toguest requests.

Additional Responsibilities (When Turndown Volume Is Low)

When occupancy does not require a full turndown schedule,employees may be assigned to assist with other Housekeeping Department duties,including:

• Cleaningpublic areas.
• Completingdeep cleaning projects.
• Assistingin the laundry department.
• Restockinghousekeeping supplies and linen.
• Supportingroom attendants or housepersons as directed.
• Performingother housekeeping-related duties assigned by management.
