The Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences in Riviera Beach, FL is seeking a Turndown Attendant to refresh guestrooms, respond to guest requests, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and service as part of our luxury hospitality team.

This full-time evening shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM) requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to stand for the shift and lift up to 50 lbs; prior hotel or housekeeping experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and complete nightly turndown service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver guest laundry.
• Maintain clean, organized hallways, closets, and public areas.
• Report maintenance concerns and handle Lost & Found items properly.
• Prepare housekeeping supplies and carts for the next day.
• Provide warm, courteous, and professional service to every guest.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and complete nightly turndown service
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver guest laundry
• Maintain clean, organized hallways, closets, and public areas
• Report maintenance concerns and handle Lost & Found items properly
• Prepare housekeeping supplies and carts for the next day
• Provide warm, courteous, and professional service to every guest

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred
