Job summary

Longboat Key Club is seeking friendly Turndown Associates to join our resort team on site. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining guest rooms to a high standard and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests throughout shifts.

In this role, you will anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and uphold our commitment to exceptional service. The position offers comprehensive benefits, weekend availability, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to move, lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs.
• Respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
• Clean rooms and suites, including beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming.
• Prepare room for evening services such as adjusting drapes and lighting.
• Report room as clean to front desk.
• Report damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs
• Respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
• Clean rooms/suites, as assigned, which includes: making beds, cleaning
• bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and washing windows / tracks.
• prepare room for evening services such as adjust drapes, adjust room lighting,
• etc.
• Report room as clean to front desk
• Report any damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible scheduling (MUST be able to work weekends!)
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
