Job summary

The Global Ambassador in Phoenix is seeking an evening Housekeeper to prepare guest rooms, refresh bathrooms, and support daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will work 4:30-9:00pm, maintain cleanliness, respond to guest requests, and collaborate with the team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest service and quality standards.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting (20 lbs.), and climbing stairs.
• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable availability for evening shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
• Effective communication skills in English and professional interaction with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms for a restful stay by performing evening turndown service, tidying spaces, refreshing bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
• Remove used linens, towels, trash, and recyclables in accordance with the hotel’s sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming guest environment while respecting guest privacy and belongings.
• Conduct visual inspections of rooms to ensure cleanliness, quality, and brand standards.
• Assist with Room Attendant and other housekeeping duties as needed to support daily operations.
• Respond promptly and courteously to special guest requests, delivering friendly and efficient service.
• Work independently or collaboratively with team members to complete assignments effectively.
