Job summary

The Global Ambassador is a premium hospitality property in Phoenix seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional. You will deliver items to guest rooms, dust furniture, and ensure cleanliness across rooms, corridors and public areas, while maintaining safety standards and exceptional guest service.

The role requires full-time availability across all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, with benefits available after meeting weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Responsible self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working with the public.
• A team player who can work within a fast-paced environment.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• This is a full-time position requiring availability for all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver items to guest rooms and stocking linen closets
• Dust furniture and fixtures
• Deliver messages and run errands
• Clean and sanitize hotel rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas
• Step in as needed to make beds
• Replace linens, towels and guest amenities
• Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, take out trash
• Identify and report maintenance issues
• Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies
• Adhere to all sanitation, safety and hotel standards
• Provide excellent customer service to guests

What You’ll Do
