Job summary

Evergreen Industrial Services Turnaround Group is seeking an Equipment Operator II for turnaround projects in refinery and petrochemical settings. You will perform advanced cleaning services, operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment, and support safety and efficiency on fast-paced turnarounds. Travel across the U.S.

to support outages, with supervision from Crew Leaders and Field Supervisors. A strong emphasis on safety, adherence to procedures, and hands-on mentorship of junior team

Qualifications

• Must have a valid TWIC and valid Driver’s License.
• OSHA 10, NCCER, Confined Space, HAZWOPER (24 or 40) preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced industrial cleaning activities (hydro blasting, vacuum, tank cleaning, chemical cleaning).
• Set up, operate, inspect, and dismantle equipment following safety standards.
• Lead by example with safety policies and participate in pre-job safety meetings.
• Inspect tools and report defective equipment promptly.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate as needed.
