Job summary

Nouryon is looking for a Maintenance Turnaround Planning Manager based in Morris, Illinois. This key role will oversee all planning for turnaround events and maintenance projects, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and timely customer project delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and has at least 5 years of experience in the chemical industry, coupled with expertise in SAP-PM and strong leadership skills. Competitive compensation, including bonuses and development opportunities, is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in turnaround planning, maintenance, or project leadership within the chemical or process industry.
• Strong understanding of the planning/maintenance process flow from notification to execution.
• Self-directed, able to manage multiple tasks with minimal direction.

• Lead and coordinate the planning and scheduling for turnarounds and major maintenance events.
• Ensure maintenance work is planned and executed safely.
• Monitor KPIs during work progress, actively addressing deviations.
