You will review job packages, coordinate shutdown activities, manage permits, and facilitate update meetings with operations and maintenance teams, bringing RCA, MS Project, and SAP experience to the role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in maintenance, planning, or related operations role.
• Associate degree preferred; Engineering degree with 2+ years given strong consideration.
• SAP experience required.
• Experience with RCA, Microsoft Project, and Intools preferred.
• Able to work independently with initiative and self-starting skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and Review Turnaround Scopes with plant engineer and maintenance team.
• Review Job Packages for completeness, material requirements, and permits.
• Safety and Risk Management: identify risks and ensure permits.
• Preparation and Scheduling Support for turnaround activities and reviews of schedules.
• Lead Turnaround Update Meetings during preparation and execution phases.
• Coordinate Shutdown Activities including maintenance tasks and project activities with Production and Maintenance.
