Job summary

Pacer Group in Memphis, TN seeks an experienced Maintenance Planner to coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance in a chemical manufacturing setting. You will support SAP maintenance modules, inventory control, and turnaround coordination while partnering with operations, engineering, safety, and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling work orders, maintaining BOMs and PM Plans, managing storeroom inventory, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in engineering or related field.
5+ years in maintenance planning in chemical/manufacturing.
Experience planning preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
Strong SAP maintenance planning experience.
Experience creating BOMs, Task Lists, and PM Plans.
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work orders.
Define scope and priorities with cross-functional teams.
Manage SAP PM schedules, backlog, and materials.
Create BOMs, Task Lists, and PM Plans.
Support storeroom and inventory optimization.
