Job summary

CMCo Management Resources is seeking a Turnaround Planner to lead detailed planning of process unit turnarounds in our IPS projects. You will produce cost estimates, schedules and critical path controls, and design execution strategies to minimize cost and duration while maintaining safety and quality.

This role requires Primavera P3/P6 proficiency, strong procurement and budgeting skills, and the ability to guide teams, develop JSA's, bid specs, and liaison with cost and procurement groups to

Qualifications

• Turnaround planning and scheduling principles and techniques (required).
• Training skills for Primavera P3e/P6 (desired).
• Proficiency with Primavera P3e/P6, SAP, Tabware, and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Review past performance and lessons learned; coordinate with HSE for a zero-incident framework.
• Develops a detailed Maintenance Turnaround Plan for stakeholder review.
• Implements the Maintenance Turnaround Plan and coordinates planning across departments.
