Job summary

The position requires strong P6 expertise, proactive risk management, and effective communication across all levels of the organization, including leadership. You will drive scheduling best practices, baseline integrity, and lookahead reporting to support successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in P6 turnaround scheduling, project controls and cost management in oil and gas or petrochemical environments.
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and scheduling principles.
• Experience with cost management and earned value reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed turnaround schedules using Primavera P6.
• Perform critical path analysis, resource loading, and forecasting.
• Monitor and adjust schedules for scope changes, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Provide progress reporting and dashboards to leadership, including KPIs and earned value analysis.
