Job summary

NextDecade is seeking a Sr. Scheduler, TAR to build and manage the integrated Turnaround schedule across Level 1–3, ensuring logic, resource-loading, and sequencing for safe, efficient execution.

Responsibilities include developing the master schedule in Primavera P6, aligning with CBS, importing STO pack activities, loading resources, and managing the critical path and baseline. You will lead daily CP reviews and drive schedule optimization with Operations and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in turnaround scheduling in LNG, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 CPM calculations, resource loading/leveling, baseline management, and multi-calendar scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proactive safety leadership to TAR team.
• Develop the Turnaround master schedule in Primavera P6 with critical path, float analysis, and resource leveling.
• Create and align P6 project with CBS and TAR Systemization Plan.
• Import activities from STO via P6 Sync; assign calendars and establish logic ties.
• Load resources by craft; generate resource histograms and resolve over-allocations.
• Identify critical path, manage schedule baseline, and perform daily CP status reviews.
• Conduct schedule optimization workshops and SIMOPS management.
• Track progress and generate cadence reports including CP, S-curve, and resource reports.
• Coordinate with Discipline Leads and Steering Committee for recovery plans.
