Job summary

NextDecade Corporation seeks an experienced Senior Scheduler to lead the TAR schedule across all levels, ensuring logic ties, resource loading, and sequencing for safe and efficient turnaround execution.

You will build and optimize the master schedule, drive critical path management, and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process leads. Strong communication and software integration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in turnaround scheduling for LNG, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 CPM scheduling, resource loading, baseline management.
• Experience with SAP PM integration and STO scheduling systems; large multi-disciplinary turnarounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Turnaround master schedule with P6, including critical path, float, and resource leveling.
• Assign calendars, work pack imports, and relationships across Level 1–3 schedules.
• Load resources by craft, generate histograms, and resolve over-allocations while preserving CPM integrity.
