Job summary

Air Liquide is hiring a Turnaround Manager to lead periodic and corrective maintenance across Gulf Coast pipeline air separation facilities in Pasadena, TX. You will drive planning, scheduling, safety, and cost control for TAR projects, coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to deliver on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 7+ years in maintenance with 5+ years Turnaround/Capitol project management, CMMS Maximo experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2 year associates degree in a technical field or technical training preferred.
• Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.
• 7+ years maintenance experience and 5+ years Turnaround/Capitol project management.
• Experience with CMMS (Maximo) and detailed mechanical/electrical job plans.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for compliance with all Air Liquide policies, including HSE and government requirements.
• Model safe behavior and promote a safety culture.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance for lock-out and safe work permitting communications.
• Ensure TAR SOP is properly utilized and TAR execution is planned and staffed.
• Interface with HES, Engineering, Controls & Operations to ensure adequate participation.
• Manage TAR execution to meet scope, budget and outage duration.
• Communicate TAR status concerns to the Maintenance Center Manager.
• Drive engagement to align TAR objectives across the team.
• Adhere to TAR scope change and Field Change Order processes.
