Job summary

Delek US Holdings in El Dorado, AR is seeking a Sr Manager, Capital Projects & Turnaround to lead all phases of plant turnarounds, expense projects and shutdowns at the refinery, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with industry standards.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop schedules and budgets, manage risk, and drive safe, reliable operations while mentoring site leadership and partnering with corporate EHS, engineering and operations to optimize capital

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Equivalent education/experience may be considered.
Two or more years of management experience required.
Four or more years of experience in a related field required.
Working knowledge of industrial engineering, safety, IHS standards and turnaround processes; experience in estimating and planning shutdowns.

Responsibilities

Leads refinery turnaround teams on assigned turnarounds.
Leads core TA team for work coordination, planning, scheduling, cost and materials management.
Leads TA Steering team to align operations, projects, maintenance and EHS.
Develops and maintains turnaround schedules and budgets.
Coordinates site integration and resource issues with Operations and TA Process Leader.
Controls cost and timing of the turnaround to meet business needs.
