Turn Maintenance Technician – St. Louis, MO is with SFR3 LLC. The role focuses on inspecting, repairing, and maintaining homes to ensure tenant satisfaction, especially during turnovers.

You’ll travel between properties daily, perform carpentry and trades, and document conditions with handheld tech. Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on residential maintenance (painting, cleaning, carpentry).
• Own truck or van and tools; tool reimbursement and mileage paid.
• Valid driver’s license; live within reasonable distance of city.
• Background check; ability to handle crawlspaces and 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs with a primary focus on property turnovers (turns).
• Emphasis on carpentry (painting, cleaning, laying LVP, sheetrock).
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing experience preferred but not required.
• Travel from home to home within the metro daily.
• Conduct property inspections, secure homes, and complete vacancy/wellness checks.
• Handle minor pre-renovation repairs, utility inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
• Manage move-in/out meetings and property turnovers.
• Ability to turn homes (light renovations between tenants) is a must.
• Maintain and document property conditions using handheld devices (e.g., iPad, iPhone).
