SFR3 LLC in Columbia, SC is seeking a Turn Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain rental homes, with a strong focus on turns and carpentry tasks. You will drive to properties across the metro area, complete inspections, and coordinate move-in/out timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on residential maintenance (painting, carpentry).
• Own truck or van and your own hand tools.
• Valid driver's license; live within reasonable distance of Columbia, SC.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs focused on property turnovers.
• Emphasis on carpentry tasks (painting, flooring, drywall).
• Travelling daily to properties within the metro area.
• Conduct property inspections, secure homes, and complete turnover tasks.
• Handle move-in/out meetings and pre-renovation work as needed.
• Maintain and document property conditions with handheld tech.
