Job summary

BettingJobs is working with a crypto native services provider seeking an experienced Business Development Manager. The role targets a Turkish-speaking candidate with a strong network among betting operators and brands to open doors, build partnerships and drive revenue.

Ideal candidates will have fluency in Turkish and English, a proven BD track record in iGaming or payments, and a robust network within the iGaming ecosystem. Crypto knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent Turkish and English.
• Proven business development experience in iGaming, payments or a related industry.
• Established professional network within the iGaming ecosystem.
• Experience working with operators, PSPs, payment aggregators or related businesses.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of crypto and digital assets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 betting operators, brands and groups.
• Facilitate introductions to key decision-makers and lead the commercial conversation through to close.
• Support business development and strategic partnership initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential partners.
• Provide market and industry insights to shape go-to-market strategy.
• Represent the company at industry events and manage and grow client relationships over the long term.
