Job summary

Bybit is seeking a dedicated Customer Support professional in the United States to assist clients via live chat and email. You will provide efficient service, stay updated on our platform, and translate customer needs into actionable feedback for management.

The role requires 2–4 years in customer service, fluency in English and Turkish, and a strong interest in fintech/crypto trading. Flexible shift patterns include weekends and holidays to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or higher in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field.
Diploma in business administration or management with strong numerical sense.
2–4 years of customer service experience in frontline operations (LiveChat and Email).
Proficient in English and Turkish for communication and writing with market counterparts.
Interest in fintech/crypto trading firms and long-term career development.

Responsibilities

Assist clients on all inquiries via live chat or email.
Ensure efficient and excellent customer service experience.
Be well prepared with the Company's platform/product and market conditions.
Diligently manage and follow up on inquiries/complaints of current and prospective clients.
Translate customer needs into constructive feedback and solutions for management.
Ensure frontline operations run smoothly and flag discrepancies or risks promptly.
Seek continuous improvement to enhance team performance and efficiency.
Perform 5 days of shift work including weekends and public holidays (8am-5pm / 4pm-1am / 12am-9am).
