Toobit is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to support users across the MENA region. The role requires bilingual Persian and English communication, with responsibilities handling online ticketing and resolving inquiries related to cryptocurrency trading and platform features.

You will document interactions, follow up on cases, and maintain high customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Fluent in Persian with business-level English.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in customer support, online ticketing, or client service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve user inquiries via online ticketing systems in Persian and English; provide accurate solutions for cryptocurrency trading, platform features and account verification.
• Document all interactions, conduct follow-ups, and maintain adherence to policies while meeting timeframes.
