Job summary

Manay CPA Inc. is expanding its accounting team in the United States, seeking an Accounting Associate to prepare and review financial reports and tax returns, monitor daily transactions, and support client financial health.

You will work with a team to ensure compliance with GAAP, manage bookkeeping, and assist in audits and tax filings, with relocation to the Marietta area considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Candidates with a CPA qualification or on a CPA Track will be prioritized.
• Other related certifications will be considered (EA, Turkish CPA, ACCA, etc.).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
• Experience in a CPA firm is a big plus.
• Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience in individual and business taxes is a must; international tax experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports and tax returns.
• Maintain bookkeeping and monthly close processes.
• Prepare year-end audit schedules and support the process as necessary.
• Assist in documenting, designing, and testing accounting processes and procedures.
