Job summary

Bucklin Tractor & Implement Co. is seeking a highly motivated Turf & Utility Service Technician for our Great Bend location. This role primarily involves diagnosing and repairing turf and utility equipment while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of mechanical service experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) with match, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience performing mechanical service repairs required.
• Ag Tech Graduate or 2 years of John Deere experience preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Work on turf and utility equipment by diagnosing and repairing mechanical problems.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer service relations and a safe working area.
• Participate in training courses and continuing education.
