Job summary

Heritage Tractor LLC is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair agricultural and turf equipment. You will follow manufacturer manuals, complete required documentation, and maintain a safe work environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus at least one year of experience. You will work with diagnostic software, perform preventive maintenance, and lift up to 75 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is preferred.
At least one year of experience performing equipment maintenance or repair.
Ability to read manuals and follow procedures; basic diagnostic and tool use.
Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

Perform basic diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work on agricultural and turf equipment.
Diagnose and repair established precision technology products and related systems as assigned.
Follow manufacturer manuals, dealership procedures, and service standards when completing repairs.
Record labor hours and materials accurately and on time; complete required service documentation.
Maintain tools, service equipment, vehicles, and inventory in proper condition.
Communicate repair status and needs to supervisors and team members.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
