Job summary

The Ag Division of Brandt Holdings is seeking a Service Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural and turf equipment, with potential on-site field service. You may support customers under supervision of the Service Manager and senior technicians.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting machine systems, participating in trainings, and maintaining clean, safe work areas while delivering excellent customer service. Experience with AMS products is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing service repairs.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment, including AMS products.
• Participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Initiate self-training opportunities with tools and provided resources by the dealership.
• Stay updated on existing products and pursue additional technical and product knowledge through training.
• Diagnose and support machine systems, including Precision Ag technology.
• Maintain the condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure a clean and organized work area and perform tasks in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations during work assignments.
• Complete all required paperwork and forms using ExpertServices accurately and on time.
• Track time accurately on a timecard and account for all materials used in assigned duties.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold a positive dealer image.
