Lawn Doctor is seeking an experienced Operations Assistant Manager to oversee daily turf maintenance operations in Summerville, SC. This hands-on leadership role manages technicians, schedules, and training to deliver high-quality service and support company growth.

You will monitor equipment and inventory, address customer concerns, and partner with leadership to meet safety standards and efficiency goals. Valid driver's license is required; background checks apply.

Formación

• Experience in turf maintenance or lawn care preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of turf applications and industry best practices preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid drivers license.
