Lawn Doctor in Summerville, SC is seeking an experienced Operations Assistant Manager to oversee daily turf maintenance operations. You will manage technicians, scheduling, and training to ensure high-quality service delivery.

This role supports growth and customer satisfaction, focusing on safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential as you coordinate with the leadership team.

Competenze

• Prior experience in turf maintenance, lawn care, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of turf applications, spraying, and industry best practices preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
