You will monitor equipment and inventory, address customer concerns, and partner with leadership to meet safety standards and efficiency goals. Valid driver's license is required; background checks apply.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations for our turf maintenance team. This role is responsible for managing technicians, scheduling, training, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while supporting company growth and customer satisfaction.
