Position

Lawn Doctor of Greenville SC and ProLandscape of Greenville SC is looking for the right individual dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team as a Landscaping Crew Lead. Our Landscaping Crew Lead is a customer-facing brand ambassador. They maintain and improve lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive services, aerate and seed lawns, perform shop work, and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field. The Landscaping Crew Lead is a growth-oriented position. You will be expected to grow the business, help hire, train and manage employees, be responsible for equipment, trucks and supplies, all while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
