Super-Sod is seeking an Inside Service Representative I to join our Raleigh store team. You will greet customers, process orders, answer product questions, and help maintain a clean, welcoming storefront for residential and professional landscapers, delivering a positive shopping experience.

You are a strong communicator with a passion for customer care, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with store managers and service teams to support turfgrass expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service in a retail setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain products clearly.
• Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store.
• Process orders using the Point of Sale system.
• Answer product inquiries and assist with deliveries or price questions.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming storefront and assist with general store operations.
• Balance cash register at start and end of shift and ensure accurate transactions.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and other teams to ensure excellent service.
