Century Golf Partners is seeking an Agronomy Equipment Operator in Buckeye, Arizona. This mid-level position involves the safe operation of motorized turf equipment utilized in golf course maintenance, focusing on quality and safety while performing essential duties.

The ideal candidate will operate various machinery, conduct routine maintenance checks, and ensure proper PPE usage while working outdoors in different weather conditions. Weekend work is required as part of the rotating crew schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience operating golf course or landscaping equipment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify equipment malfunctions.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Operates large-area mowers and other large equipment.
• Performs daily checks on fuel, oil, and mower blades.
• Mows fairways, roughs, greens, and tees to prescribed heights.
• Safely transports and cleans machinery after use.
• Reports mechanical issues to the supervisor.
