Job summary

JDM Golf is seeking a full-time Golf Course Maintenance team member in Arizona (Arizona Biltmore Golf Club - Phoenix). The role supports mowing, irrigation, debris removal, and general maintenance, with varied shifts on weekdays and weekends.

High school diploma or GED required, some related experience preferred. You will operate golf course equipment, assist with repairs, and follow safety procedures; must be dependable, able to work outdoors in changing conditions, and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• High School Degree/GED preferred. Experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mow tees, fairways, and roughs with various mowers.
• Operate utility tractors and equipment safely.
• Walk and maintain greens; manage mowing pace and technique.
• Rake bunkers and perform debris removal as needed.
• Irrigation assistance and basic repair tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to management.
