Job summary

Bluejack National is seeking an Equipment Operator in the Agronomy department to support daily golf course maintenance tasks. The role requires operating turf equipment, following safety procedures, and maintaining equipment and work areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred but not required.
• Operate all turf equipment.
• Proven skills with the ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Working knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors for long periods in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate golf course maintenance equipment safely and proficiently.
• Perform daily start-up checks and report defects to supervision.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment at all times.
• Assist in project work such as soil prep, sod laying and sprigs.
• Be a Bluejack National ambassador and uphold club standards.
