Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will be a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate complex tax situations while promoting Intuit’s mission of prosperity.

You’ll provide in-person tax preparation, personalized tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base through collaborative marketing and strong community engagement.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; experience in tax preparation preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a pro-active community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
