Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role involves in-person service, tax return preparation, and client relationship building at a TurboTax location.

The position requires on-site availability, Tax expertise, and a proactive community presence to grow our local client base while delivering top-tier customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and provide tax planning guidance.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and referrals.
