Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will assist customers in-person, provide tax advice, and help with tax return preparation using TurboTax software.

This role emphasizes community engagement, client growth, and delivering a best-in-class experience in a front-facing retail environment. Flexibility to work weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
