Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, advise clients, and use TurboTax tools to maximize refunds while guiding customers through complex tax scenarios.

You will build local relationships, participate in community outreach, and support local marketing efforts. A tax professional with EA/CPA credentials and at least 3 years of experience is preferred; bilingual

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license
• PTIN in good standing is required by law to file taxes
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as applicable
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software
• Knowledge of Circular 230 regulatory requirements

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools
• Create a positive customer experience in-person, supporting community outreach and local marketing
