Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Retail Expert to support on-site customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping clients maximize refunds and navigate complex tax scenarios. As a community ambassador, you’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with marketing resources to make taxes approachable.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to build a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to make taxes accessible.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Use government resources and professional tools to deliver accurate tax solutions.
