Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as in-person Retail Experts at a California location. This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation and advice for walk-in clients, grow our local client base, and support TurboTax marketing efforts. The position is non-exempt, part-time (about 20 hours per week) with a competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (federal/state).
• Active EA/CPA/attorney license or equivalent with PTIN.
• Must reside in the United States; willing to work onsite.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-person tax preparation, advice, and calculations for TurboTax customers.
• Educate and guide clients to maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationships.
• Represent TurboTax professionally in store and community events.
